Paint Cost Calculation App Released
Ways to know the cost of painting. We have added a new painting cost calculation app to the teaching assistant software "Swanist." By simply selecting a painting method and entering the conditions, you can calculate the painting cost. The options are "R Technology" and "Others." R Technology calculates costs based on our rotational painting technology, which assumes that the painting cost calculation is based on rotational painting. When you select our painting system, equipment costs and utility costs are also calculated. It calculates the painting cost per workpiece using R Technology for rotational painting. "Others" refers to the calculation of painting costs using painting techniques other than R Technology. It provides a simple cost calculation based on painting methods such as "net painting" and "hanging painting." It calculates the painting cost per workpiece in a simplified manner.

Newly developed plating paint system "Indium Mirror Coating System"
A mass production system for spray coating that has never been achieved until now is finally here. Indium Mirror Coating System The indium plating paint "Ecomirror 49" and the painting robot "Swan Pro" realize plating coating. Through the collaboration of paint and engineering, we have made it possible to mass-produce a higher level of plating coating. The technology developed by Takubo Engineering for robotic painting uniformly applies the indium plating paint as a thin film. It maintains high-level transmission performance, such as for millimeter waves. The finish is achieved through an automatic painting system in a clean room, ensuring thorough measures against defects, similar to the production of piano black. We will commercialize a coating that maintains design and functionality while simultaneously addressing quality, cost, and environmental issues.

Improvement of maintenance work efficiency and enhancement of the oil booth.
The maintenance inspection door for filter replacement and cleaning, designed on the back of the oil booth, which is a collection booth for overspray mist specifically for painting, has been improved from a conventional single-door design to a double-door design, making it lighter. This allows for easier removal during inspections, enabling more efficient maintenance work. The oil booth is a painting booth that uses oil to address various issues on-site, such as work environment, pollution, and quality, which could not be achieved with a water wash booth. It features a dust removal efficiency of 95% and a low noise design of 68 dB, allowing for conversations and meetings in front of the booth. Additionally, the oil can be used semi-permanently, and there is no need for drainage treatment equipment, allowing for a flexible layout. The oil booth is a product exclusive to Takubo Engineering Co., Ltd.

Swamp Pro Turret Gun Lineup
Painting Robot Multiple Gun Attachment for Swan Pro ● Supports Internal/External Painting with Rotational Coating We have developed a multiple gun attachment for Swan Pro that supports internal and external painting with rotational coating. The internal painting of the workpiece required for rotational coating can be challenging due to the difficulty of reaching certain areas with the spray gun, which can lead to uneven coating. To overcome this issue, we developed a gun attachment capable of both internal and external painting specifically for Swan Pro. ● Development Started Before 2012 Takubo Engineering began developing a turret gun in 2012 to address the challenges of internal painting. It was developed for rotational coating applications such as mobile phones and door mirrors. We have developed a 3-gun specification, a 4-gun (cross gun) specification, and a 2-gun specification turret gun for the Swan robot, adding to our lineup. ● Mobile Phones and Door Mirrors Initially developed for painting applications such as mobile phones and door mirrors, the demand for internal painting increased due to the design requirements of the workpieces. ● Door Handles and More The target workpieces are diverse. This is particularly effective when painting the insides of workpieces mounted on rotating fixtures, such as door handles and door mirrors.

Door mirror compatible painting system lineup
Swamp Pro Door Mirror Painting System Centered around the new painting robot "Swamp Pro," we offer a standardized lineup of 1. Door Mirror Painting System and 2. Door Handle Painting System. This is a dedicated painting system for exterior automotive parts, specifically for door mirrors and door handles. We standardize specifications for achieving robotic painting based on proven results, including jig shapes, teaching data, paint supply devices, dust removal and static elimination devices, and clean room systems. As long as we have basic information such as required production volume, paint specifications, and installation space for the painting system, we can immediately construct the painting system. Proposing the optimal system Based on painting tests conducted with the Swamp Robot, we calculate painting data and, after evaluating the paint film, propose the system. Maximizing the effectiveness of equipment introduction by reducing paint usage The comparison between conventional painting data and painting data from the Swamp Robot makes the judgment clear. We highly recommend conducting painting tests for new installations, replacements, or updates of painting systems. If the test results show a reduction of approximately 0.5g or more in paint usage per workpiece, we recommend immediate equipment introduction.

Explosion vent, installable Dry Tech
The Dry Tech, a dedicated drying machine for painting, can be equipped with an explosion vent. Due to its indirect heating method, the structure is designed to minimize the risk of fire entering the furnace, making the danger of explosion extremely low. However, as a precaution against any potential risks, an explosion vent can be designed as an option. Additionally, a seismic cutoff device can also be installed upon request. What is an explosion vent? An explosion vent is an opening that instantaneously opens to reduce equipment damage in the event of an explosion caused by igniting vaporized solvents inside the furnace during the drying process. What is a seismic cutoff device? A seismic cutoff device is a mechanism that detects a certain level of shaking and cuts off the supply of fuel (such as electricity or gas).
