Painting Robot Multiple Gun Attachment for Swan Pro ● Supports Internal/External Painting with Rotational Coating We have developed a multiple gun attachment for Swan Pro that supports internal and external painting with rotational coating. The internal painting of the workpiece required for rotational coating can be challenging due to the difficulty of reaching certain areas with the spray gun, which can lead to uneven coating. To overcome this issue, we developed a gun attachment capable of both internal and external painting specifically for Swan Pro. ● Development Started Before 2012 Takubo Engineering began developing a turret gun in 2012 to address the challenges of internal painting. It was developed for rotational coating applications such as mobile phones and door mirrors. We have developed a 3-gun specification, a 4-gun (cross gun) specification, and a 2-gun specification turret gun for the Swan robot, adding to our lineup. ● Mobile Phones and Door Mirrors Initially developed for painting applications such as mobile phones and door mirrors, the demand for internal painting increased due to the design requirements of the workpieces. ● Door Handles and More The target workpieces are diverse. This is particularly effective when painting the insides of workpieces mounted on rotating fixtures, such as door handles and door mirrors.

Since it is a robot that paints beautifully and with high quality, it must also be beautiful itself. Its form eliminates unnecessary bulk and expresses a concept of no waste in painting costs in a slim shape. Developed exclusively for the culmination of painting technology cultivated over many years by Takubo Engineering, the form that realizes this concept has merged with the idea. Its presence resembles a swan floating on a lake, hence the name Swan. Embodying the resilience of living naturally and a look without waste, we entrusted its high performance to the robot, inspired by creatures that thrive in the natural world. Thus, the Swan, a painting robot not just for painting but for surviving through painting, was born.

This is a compact painting robot specifically designed for rotational painting, following the unique rotational painting technology "R Technology" developed independently by Takubo Engineering. It can paint two rings simultaneously using a circular jig. It comes standard with two specially developed Swan spray guns that excel in atomizing paint at low pressure. This compact painting robot integrates a W-turn mechanism and a four-axis small explosion-proof type robot. It is adaptable to a wide range of workpieces, from cosmetic parts to mobile communication devices and automotive interior and exterior components, efficiently painting small to medium-sized workpieces thinly and beautifully using the principle of thin film multi-coating. The created painting data can be easily shared among Swan robots with simple settings, eliminating variations in painting quality between factories located in different regions.
