This is a painting robot system designed to fit within a house-shaped structure. It has a small installation area and a wide safety zone, allowing for safe confirmation of painting production at close distances. Additionally, this painting robot is specialized for painting, so it comes packaged with dedicated automatic guns, paint supply devices, robot controllers, control panels, and transport devices (double-turn type), which is why it is referred to as a robot system. It can flexibly accommodate batch, automatic, and continuous (conveyor line) operations. It can also be installed in clean rooms, enabling high-quality painting.

Autonomous Painting Robot Swan(14)
Self-Standing 4-Axis Dedicated Painting Robot Swan This is a self-standing explosion-proof painting robot specialized for painting. It uses an original pressure-resistant explosion-proof AC servo motor. By eliminating unnecessary movements, limiting the payload to the extreme, and reducing the number of axes as much as possible, it has been developed specifically for painting. It specializes in painting technology R (rotational painting technology) and features a conveying device with a rotational mechanism, along with the robot's movements and the teaching assistant software "Swanist," which simplifies the condition setting. To achieve visualization of the painting process, all aspects such as painting work, teaching data, condition settings, paint usage, and painting time are digitally managed, enabling rational painting production.

Inkjet Decoration System Jet Line(2)
The Jetline Decoration System introduces inkjet technology into the painting production area, and is a jetting system customized with original inkjet heads from Takubo Engineering, designed for the painting industry. It has also established a fusion system of high-grade inks and clear inks, combining inkjet decoration with UV top clear. This system builds the possibilities of jetting in the painting industry. It digitally processes drawing and decoration, which were challenging with spray techniques, into jetting decoration. It accommodates a wide range of needs, from single items and small lots to various types and mass production. Additionally, it demonstrates its power in spotting, emblem decoration, and text decoration as a replacement for silk printing. There is no need for plate storage, as only digital data (conditions) are saved, enabling digital transformation (DX).

Teaching Assist Software Swannist(6)
Teaching Assistant Software "Swanist" This software allows for the confirmation and editing of painting in a virtual space that includes teaching, such as setting painting conditions in advance. It digitizes the work in 3D and arranges it on a virtual jig in a circular layout. Appropriate distances are set, and teaching is conducted. The virtual painting is completed. Swanist analyzes the behavior of the paint, calculated through fluid analysis, enabling visual confirmation of any deficiencies in film thickness and adjustments in teaching. It simulates painting in 3D by analyzing all data related to the arrangement of the work, the structure of the jig, distances and angles between works, spray condition settings, and teaching. Advanced condition setting and data creation can be performed in the 3D world offline. By conducting checks on paint usage, painting time, and pre-finish confirmations, it can be installed into the actual production line (robot). After making simple adjustments, it enables actual production. This allows for a review of painting costs, improved work efficiency, and education and enhancement of painting techniques through R technology.

Coating supply system(10)
Paint Supply System It is the heart of the painting robot, the paint supply device. Unlike conventional pump systems, it delivers paint using a syringe pump that can be controlled in 1cc increments. Therefore, it achieves high atomization at low pressure in automatic spray guns, enabling the formation of high-quality paint films with extremely high reproducibility. By incorporating a circulation valve and a color change valve, it can be made multifunctional. It brings significant benefits to painting production, such as reducing cleaning tasks, shortening setup times, and eliminating unnecessary paint usage.
