塗料供給システム 塗装ロボットにおける心臓部 塗料供給装置です。 一般的な圧送式と違い、1cc単位で制御可能なシリンジポンプにより塗料を送出します。したがって、自動スプレーガンにおける低圧霧化時の高微粒化を実現し、極めて再現性の高い高品位な塗膜形成が可能になります。 循環バルブ、カラーチェンジバルブ搭載することにより多機能化可能になります。 洗浄作業、段取り替えの時間短縮、塗料の無駄な使用を無くすなど、塗装生産に大きなメリットをもたらします。
