The maintenance inspection door for filter replacement and cleaning, designed on the back of the oil booth, which is a collection booth for overspray mist specifically for painting, has been improved from a conventional single-door design to a double-door design, making it lighter. This allows for easier removal during inspections, enabling more efficient maintenance work. The oil booth is a painting booth that uses oil to address various issues on-site, such as work environment, pollution, and quality, which could not be achieved with a water wash booth. It features a dust removal efficiency of 95% and a low noise design of 68 dB, allowing for conversations and meetings in front of the booth. Rotary Coating Test by the Painting Robot Swampro We have uploaded a video of the painting test for metal eyeglass frames to the YouTube Takubo Engineering Channel, Takubo-TVJ. Six eyeglass frames are attached per ring, and the painting takes about 100 seconds. This calculates to approximately 17 seconds of painting per workpiece.
