A mass production system for spray coating that has never been achieved until now is finally here. Indium Mirror Coating System The indium plating paint "Ecomirror 49" and the painting robot "Swan Pro" realize plating coating. Through the collaboration of paint and engineering, we have made it possible to mass-produce a higher level of plating coating. The technology developed by Takubo Engineering for robotic painting uniformly applies the indium plating paint as a thin film. It maintains high-level transmission performance, such as for millimeter waves. The finish is achieved through an automatic painting system in a clean room, ensuring thorough measures against defects, similar to the production of piano black. We will commercialize a coating that maintains design and functionality while simultaneously addressing quality, cost, and environmental issues.
