Newly Developed Dedicated Robot "Swan C" for Spindle Line Painting Scheduled for Release in April 2021 The painting robot "Swan C" is a painting robot system that solves various issues in spindle painting lines, including: - Waste of paint usage - Difficulty in setting conditions and reproducibility - Loss of time in setup changeover - Challenges in reducing paint usage - Limitations in responding to demands - Limitations in improving yield It allows for easy implementation of robot painting simply by installing it on existing spindle lines. Teaching is made easy with the dedicated software "Swanist" included as standard, which easily reproduces the technology of rotational painting R. Additionally, it enables numerical management from traditional analog settings, achieving visualization of the painting process and advancing the digitalization of painting. From April 2021, we will showcase the actual machine at the Togane Technical Center. You can check the movement, size, workability, and more on the actual machine. (Reservation required)
