It rotates the workpiece and paints using an original Scotch gun that excels in atomization at low pressure. The multi-coating method with thin films allows for high-quality painting with minimal paint consumption. - Simultaneous Painting with Two Guns: Takubo Engineering has been working on technology to maximize production efficiency with a single robot, and this concept is inherited in the Swan. It is equipped with a proficient syringe pump system that supplies a balanced and consistent amount of paint to multiple guns, eliminating product variation. - Built-in W Turn Mechanism: The high-precision W turn eliminates defects after painting and considers automation in conjunction with handling robots. Its form eliminates unnecessary bulk and expresses a concept of no waste in painting costs in a slim shape. Developed exclusively for the culmination of painting technology cultivated over many years by Takubo Engineering, the form that realizes this concept has merged with the idea. Its presence resembles a swan floating on a lake, hence the name Swan. Embodying the resilience of living naturally and a look without waste, we entrusted its high performance to the robot, inspired by creatures that thrive in the natural world. Thus, the Swan, a painting robot not just for painting but for surviving through painting, was born.
