Explosion-proof coating robot Swan
The birth of the "Swan," a painting robot dedicated to rotational painting with an advanced form.
The body color with pearl white has redefined the image of painting robots. The design, which takes aerodynamics into account without compromising the quality of the paint, is truly reminiscent of a swan standing by a lake. Following the hanging mobile robot line dancer, the painting robot swan has taken center stage in the painting arena. The swan is a dedicated painting robot suitable for rotating paint applications on small to medium-sized workpieces. 【Adaptable for various parts painting】 ● Exterior and interior parts such as car headlights, door mirrors, door handles, wheel caps, aluminum wheels, shark antennas, meter panels, escutcheons, switch panels, and car navigation systems ● Mobile communication devices such as mobile phones, smartphones, and tablet PCs ● Cosmetics parts like lipstick caps ● Sports equipment such as fishing reel components ● Construction materials ● Home appliances 【Compatible with various paints】 - UV, pearl, metallic, powder (optional), and more For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.
basic information
Designed Painting Robot Until now, painting robots had a bland and rigid image. The Swan's role is painting. Since it is a robot that paints beautifully and with high quality, it must also be beautiful itself. Its form eliminates unnecessary bulk and expresses a concept of no waste in painting costs in a slim shape. Developed exclusively for the culmination of painting technology cultivated over many years by Takubo Engineering, the form that realizes this concept has merged with the idea. Its presence resembles a swan floating on a lake, hence the name Swan. Embodying the resilience of living naturally and a look without waste, we entrusted its high performance to the robot, inspired by creatures that thrive in the natural world. Thus, the Swan, a painting robot not just for painting but for surviving through painting, was born.
