Designed Painting Robot Until now, painting robots had a bland and rigid image. The Swan's role is painting. Since it is a robot that paints beautifully and with high quality, it must also be beautiful itself. Its form eliminates unnecessary bulk and expresses a concept of no waste in painting costs in a slim shape. Developed exclusively for the culmination of painting technology cultivated over many years by Takubo Engineering, the form that realizes this concept has merged with the idea. Its presence resembles a swan floating on a lake, hence the name Swan. Embodying the resilience of living naturally and a look without waste, we entrusted its high performance to the robot, inspired by creatures that thrive in the natural world. Thus, the Swan, a painting robot not just for painting but for surviving through painting, was born.

This is a compact painting robot specifically designed for rotational painting, following the unique rotational painting technology "R Technology" developed independently by Takubo Engineering. It can paint two rings simultaneously using a circular jig. It comes standard with two specially developed Swan spray guns that excel in atomizing paint at low pressure. This compact painting robot integrates a W-turn mechanism and a four-axis small explosion-proof type robot. It is adaptable to a wide range of workpieces, from cosmetic parts to mobile communication devices and automotive interior and exterior components, efficiently painting small to medium-sized workpieces thinly and beautifully using the principle of thin film multi-coating. The created painting data can be easily shared among Swan robots with simple settings, eliminating variations in painting quality between factories located in different regions.

Using a swan for the painting robot, multiple shark antennas are attached to a circular ring fixture, and two Scotch guns are mounted. Painting will be done simultaneously on two rings. Number of works: 10 pieces, painting time: approximately 43 seconds per 2 fixtures, paint usage: approximately 6g per piece.
