We standardize specifications for achieving robotic painting based on proven results, including jig shapes, teaching data, paint supply devices, dust removal and static elimination devices, and clean room systems. As long as we have basic information such as required production volume, paint specifications, and installation space for the painting system, we can immediately construct the painting system. Proposing the optimal system Based on painting tests conducted with the Swamp Robot, we calculate painting data and, after evaluating the paint film, propose the system. Maximizing the effectiveness of equipment introduction by reducing paint usage The comparison between conventional painting data and painting data from the Swamp Robot makes the judgment clear.
