hLLD method capable of reliable liquid level detection for clinical testing samples.
Securely capture the liquid level of the sample! The hLLD system addresses this issue, which is surprisingly common yet occasionally leads to errors.
The hLLD method stands for High Liquid Level Detection. At Tekan, we provide a system that reliably detects liquid levels by synchronizing and combining the following two factors at just the right timing: 1) Changes in pressure that occur when the liquid level of a sample touches the tip of the dispensing chip. 2) Changes in capacitance caused by contact with a conductive liquid. This detection system ensures accurate detection of liquid levels in clinical samples and also reliably detects the liquid levels of reagents, significantly reducing measurement errors originating from sample preprocessing devices and analytical instruments for in vitro diagnostic reagents. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.*
basic information
Capacitance-based liquid level detection and pressure-based liquid level detection can be set up by yourself using our ADP pipette. Additionally, to more easily assemble the hLLD, it is recommended to use a combination of the Tekan dispensing robot system Omni series and the integrated pipette module ADP. This combination can also collect monitoring data of the suction state, which can be used to ensure the reliability of the suction and for traceability. ------------------------------------------------------- Download the catalog from the related product page below ↓
