Notice of the introduction of a new customer support inquiry system

We will promote clear and prompt communication through services utilizing the web (email) and strive to improve support.

An automatic response email will be sent to you with a management number in response to inquiries made through the support contact form or to helpdesk-jp@tecan.com. In addition to contact from the person in charge, automatic response emails will also be sent for progress checks and when support is completed, but if there are no additional inquiries, no response to the automatic reply email is necessary.

◎ New Service Name: Tecan Support Portal ◎ Start Date: September 26, 2023 (Tuesday) ◎ Changes: For inquiries via the customer support contact form or by email to helpdeskjp@tecan.com, a management number (ticket number) will be assigned, and the ticket number will be provided in an automated response email. An account creation will be required upon first use of the contact form. * In addition to communication from our representatives, multiple automated response emails may be sent for purposes of progress management, including notifications of the ticket number and completion of responses.
