You can easily monitor the temperature even at night or during any desired period, and it can store over 1 million temperature data points. When the storage is full, recording stops, and existing data will not be overwritten. After downloading the data and alarm events, you can clear the memory. High and low temperature alarms can be set in increments of 1°C, and alarms will activate if the set values are exceeded or not reached.
