Aseptic diaphragm valve

Our aseptic diaphragm valve system is based on a weir-shaped diaphragm valve backed by extensive performance records, consisting of various diaphragms and actuators, along with associated instrumentation units. The modular design of the aseptic diaphragm valve allows for nearly all necessary combinations to be realized. The valve is composed of the following components: - Actuator – manual or air-driven - Diaphragm – various soft and hard elastomers can be specified. - Valve body – The standard type is 2-way, but other configurations such as T valves and tank outlet valves can also be specified. The body can be provided to match tube fittings and surface finishes. Almost all configurations can be accommodated with combinations of these three types of components. The most common combinations are offered as standard products, while other combinations are available as options.
