    Our company offers continuous ice cream freezers with capacities ranging from approximately 40 l/h to 4,500 l/h (10 US gallons/h to 1,190 US gallons/h), allowing for the flexible handling of numerous recipes by freezing, stirring, mixing, and aerating ice cream mix in the optimal way to produce delicious ice cream suitable for all tastes and situations. One of its features is a highly controllable freezing process, which enables the production of a consistent final product that makes the differences between products made in the morning and those made at night negligible. Efficient heat conduction allows for rapid freezing, preventing the accumulation of large ice crystals, thus maintaining a smooth texture even after long-term storage. The first Tetra Pak ice cream freezer was introduced in 1948, and some models are still in operation today. This truly demonstrates excellent quality and craftsmanship.

    ThinkTop provides optimal valve control by being mounted on Alfa Laval's sanitary valves and connected to a general-purpose PLC system (programmable logic controller equipped with PNP/NPN interface).     Our aseptic diaphragm valve system is based on a weir-shaped diaphragm valve backed by extensive performance records, consisting of various diaphragms and actuators, along with associated instrumentation units. The modular design of the aseptic diaphragm valve allows for nearly all necessary combinations to be realized. The valve is composed of the following components: - Actuator – manual or air-driven - Diaphragm – various soft and hard elastomers can be specified. - Valve body – The standard type is 2-way, but other configurations such as T valves and tank outlet valves can also be specified. The body can be provided to match tube fittings and surface finishes. Almost all configurations can be accommodated with combinations of these three types of components. The most common combinations are offered as standard products, while other combinations are available as options.

    Compact hot water production unit. The Spilax EasiHeat is an extremely compact heat exchange solution. Its heat exchanger volume is only 1.2m³, which is smaller compared to conventional shell-and-tube heat exchangers, and even the maximum output unit that incorporates all options has a compact design of just 4.6m³. EasiHeat offers higher heat transfer efficiency than shell-and-tube heat exchangers, allowing for reductions not only in fuel costs but also in CO2 emissions.
