A visit service to detect leaks (such as pinholes, cracks, corrosion, etc.) in heat exchangers (plate type, tube type, etc.). Compatible with equipment from all brands.
Fill the product side of the heat exchanger with a mixed gas of hydrogen and nitrogen, and send air to the thermal medium (or refrigerant) side to circulate through Tetra Pak's unique detector. If there is a leak, the detector will detect hydrogen (concentration: ppm). (Features) <Leak Detection Method> The new detection device uses a mixed gas of 5% hydrogen and 95% nitrogen, certified by EU Food & Beverage (E949). If there is a leak, the sensor detects the hydrogen gas molecules.
