【6/5 Osaka】Mixing, Defoaming, and Rheology Technology Seminar (Co-hosted by Anton Paar Japan Co., Ltd.)

シンキー
In the field of powder technology that supports cutting-edge technology, it is essential to efficiently stir and defoam slurry materials that exhibit complex flow behavior and dispersion characteristics, as well as to understand their flow and dispersion properties in the state of the original liquid. This seminar aims to provide an opportunity to learn about the latest technology of the "Awatori Nentaro," a mixer known for its stirring and defoaming of high-concentration and high-viscosity materials, and the "MCR Rheometer," which allows for the evaluation of complex flow and dispersion characteristics of slurry materials without dilution, while also providing hands-on experience with the actual equipment. | Part One | We will introduce stirring and defoaming case studies using the latest model of Shinki's rotary and planetary mixer, ARE-312, and explain new applications equipped with temperature control functions, as well as solutions for particle agglomeration in high-performance materials through a disaggregation (dispersion) kit. | Part Two | We will present case studies evaluating optimal conditions based on rheological measurement results from Anton Paar Japan. | Part Three | A demonstration section will be conducted with Anton Paar Japan's MCR Rheometer and Shinki's rotary and planetary mixer, Awatori Nentaro. Additionally, we will hold a consultation session regarding any current troubles or evaluation methods you may be facing.
