Stirring and Defoaming Device | Rotational and Orbital Mixer Awatori Rentaro ARE-312
New release! Improved stirring and degassing capabilities, this is a rotational and orbital mixer that realizes IoT stirring and degassing processing with a dedicated app. [Free demo available]
Shinkei of "Awatori Rentaro" has launched a new product, the self-rotation and revolution mixer ARE-312. Compared to conventional self-rotation and revolution mixers, it has enhanced stirring and defoaming capabilities, allows for log storage via PC connection, and facilitates smoother examination of stirring conditions. Additionally, by using various dedicated applications, it enables control of stirring and defoaming, achieving IoT integration, while also improving usability with an easy-to-read operation panel and the addition of a new impact sensor. ■ Features - Monitorable revolution speed during operation - Easy-to-read operation panel - Enhanced stirring and defoaming capabilities - Suppresses temperature rise of the main unit, allowing for temperature measurement within the device - Communication functions support traceability and control from external devices - Ensures safety compliant with CE standards (EN61010-1:2010+A1:2019) - Capable of long-term operation even with high-load materials (maximum operation time 30 minutes) - Improved safety with the addition of an impact sensor - Compatible with commercially available containers and customer containers (Containers and adapters from ARE-310 can also be used.) * We are currently accepting reservations for free demonstrations. Please feel free to contact us for more information!

【4/24 | Hiroshima】Principles of Mixing and Defoaming, Key Points for Recipe Setting & Legal Self-Inspection and Basic Maintenance Training
In "The Principles of Mixing and Defoaming and Key Points for Recipe Setting," we will explain the mechanism of the self-rotating and orbiting mixer, Awatori Nentaro, and the principles of mixing and defoaming in an easy-to-understand manner for beginners. ◇ Why do materials mix just by combining centrifugal force? ◇ What does it mean that mixing and defoaming can be processed simultaneously? ◇ How do the materials inside the container move during operation? This content is recommended for those who usually use Awatori Nentaro in their work but have never heard about its mechanism or principles and want to learn about it on this occasion. We will also explain temperature management based on material viscosity and considerations for operating conditions with examples. Additionally, in the "Legal Self-Inspection and Basic Maintenance Training," participants will have the opportunity to experience basic maintenance such as round belt replacement and legal self-inspection (regular self-inspection) using actual equipment. The capacity for each seminar is different, so please apply early! ◆ Date and Time: April 24, 2026 (Friday) 13:00 - 16:30 ◆ Venue: Hiroshima Convention Hall

【2/27|Tokyo】Mixing, Defoaming, and Rheology Technology Seminar
In the field of powder technology that supports cutting-edge technology, it is essential to efficiently stir and degas slurry materials that exhibit complex flow behavior and dispersion characteristics, as well as to understand their flow and dispersion properties in the original liquid state. This seminar aims to teach the latest technologies of the "Awatori Nentaro," a mixer renowned for stirring and degassing high-concentration and high-viscosity materials, and the "MCR Rheometer," which allows for the evaluation of complex flow and dispersion characteristics of slurry materials without dilution, while also providing hands-on experience with the actual equipment. Additionally, we will hold a consultation session regarding any troubles or evaluation methods you may currently be facing. We look forward to your participation. Target Audience: Customers currently using Anton Paar Japan and Shinki products, as well as those considering their introduction. Customers interested in stirring, degassing, and rheological measurement.

THINKY Corporation has realized simultaneous processing of stirring and degassing through the concept of combining two types of rotation: rotation and revolution. The "Awatori Rentaro," a rotary-revolution mixer, was born as a device that can process these two opposing processes, "stirring" and "defoaming," which had long been considered separate steps in the material processing process, simultaneously and in a short time. Currently, Awatori Rentaro has grown into a diverse lineup, ranging from small tabletop models for laboratories to large-scale production models. We have received numerous inquiries from various fields both domestically and internationally. THINKY will continue to assist in solving material processing challenges and building a foundation for mass production with our unique material processing technology and know-how.
