A stirring and defoaming device with a dual-hanging system equipped with a self-rotation and revolution independent variable mechanism that can change the rotation ratio of self-rotation and revolution. It can handle a maximum of 500ml/800g (gross) of materials, allowing simultaneous stirring and defoaming. It is capable of stirring high-viscosity grease with a viscosity of 4,000 Pa·s. Additionally, it can be used in conjunction with a newly developed temperature sensor unit that allows real-time monitoring of the material temperature during stirring. This device strongly supports research and development of composites using thermosetting resins and various fillers. ■ Remote control and confirmation of operating conditions from an external PC or remotely is possible. ■ It excels in stirring and defoaming high-viscosity and high-specific-gravity fillers, expanding possibilities for high-value-added materials. ■ With the material temperature monitoring function (optional), it is possible to safely reproduce optimal stirring conditions even for materials that are difficult to manage in terms of temperature.
