Many places still use open pipes for water drainage, blowing, transfer, and drying applications with compressors. By changing the blowing process to an air nozzle, noise generated can be significantly reduced, while also controlling air consumption and air pressure, allowing for the application of impact force.

Siphon Type
Utilizes the suction force generated by the amount of air passing through the nozzle to draw liquid from the tank to the nozzle. By changing the height of the suction, it is possible to alter the flow of the liquid and the size of the particle diameter. This supply method is typically used to finely atomize very small amounts of liquid.
Gravity Type
Uses gravity to send liquid flow from a high tank to the nozzle. Uniform performance is achieved by maintaining a constant distance between the height of the liquid and the nozzle. Changes in this distance result in variations in flow rate and particle diameter.
Pressure (Pressurized) Type
Supplies liquid flow to the nozzle based on pressure. The solenoid valve regulates the pressure to achieve various performances. The particle diameter and flow rate are larger compared to the other two liquid supply methods and are dependent on the liquid in relation to air consumption.
Two-Fluid Internal Mixing involves the collision and mixing of air and liquid within the nozzle. It is ideal for use with low-viscosity liquids and liquids with few impurities. Two-Fluid External Mixing atomizes the liquid into a mist through the collision of air and liquid after passing through the nozzle orifice. It is optimal for atomizing high-viscosity liquids.
