We proposed 12 Sonic 70 blowers with 7.5 horsepower motors, enclosures, Sonic HEPA filters, and two custom Sonic XE air knives measuring 13 inches. The performance of the air knives delivered at the beginning of this system perfectly matched the blow level requested by the customer. The results of the contamination test also confirmed that Sonic's HEPA filters maintained the requested 0.3μ. Additionally, to operate most effectively while keeping the noise level below 80dB, the angle and distance of the air knives are very important, so we manufactured custom Sonic air knives to fit the existing air knife enclosures, allowing for repeated positioning of the air knives.
