The standard Sonic SMART Tunnel module is available in sizes 24", 48", 72", and 96" (optional: up to 120" with noise levels below 80dBA). Due to the aerodynamic tunnel design, there is less chance of re-wetting the workpiece from secondary splatter. The inspection panel is lightweight and can be easily lifted. No hinges or latches are needed for bending or securing. A complete piping and hose kit for the Sonic blower is included. No processing of the conveyor is required except for cutting the side rails. The enclosure can be easily installed even if it is away from the tunnel, allowing easy access to blowers and filters installed on the floor. No lifting or crane is needed for tunnel installation.
