The Sub-Zero device manufactured by Taiyo Nissan uses liquefied nitrogen (-196°C) as its main refrigerant and is capable of ultra-sub-zero processing down to -150°C. Additionally, we also produce devices that can continuously process in a liquid nitrogen dip tank and perform low-temperature tempering (up to 200°C) after sub-zero treatment. 【Benefits】 - Compared to mechanical systems: ⇒ It significantly shortens pre-cooling and processing times.
