Miniaturization and high performance of electronic components - Powder raw material spheronization system, demo available.
Oxygen gas technology for spherical shaping of powder materials. A spherical shaping system that enables miniaturization and high performance of components required by the development of EVs and high-speed communication technologies.
Our powder sphericalization system 'CERAMELT' enables the sphericalization of powder materials using an oxygen combustion flame. As electric vehicles and high-speed communication technologies advance, electronic components are increasingly required to be smaller and more high-performance, leading to various performance demands on powder materials depending on their applications (e.g., high heat dissipation performance, high filling density, etc.). By sphericalizing the powder with 'CERAMELT', improvements in flowability, reduction in equipment wear during transport, and enhanced fillability can be expected. This results in benefits such as improved flowability of composites (for example, semiconductor encapsulants) that incorporate powder as a filler, enabling high-density filling. Using CERAMELT, the following three effects can be expected: 1. Improved flowability of powders and blended materials 2. Enhanced fillability (high-density blending) 3. Reduced wear at powder contact points *However, metal materials such as SUS cannot be processed as they oxidize. *For more details, please download the materials by clicking the "PDF Download" button or feel free to contact us via the "Contact Us" button.
