The "Intermold / Mold Exhibition / Metal Press Processing Technology Exhibition Online" is being held on the web. The "Chip Breakage System HPB (High Pressure Breaker)" automates machine cutting using ultra-high pressure coolant. Our company has developed a new cutting method using our own products that operates at 7 MPa to 30 MPa. Currently, the awareness of high-pressure coolant systems in the cutting industry is low. Under these circumstances, this award holds significant meaning for our company. The award recognizes our mechanism that leads machine tools to be compatible with ultra-high-pressure coolant by injecting cutting oil at high pressure from nozzles placed near the cutting edge during machining of difficult-to-cut materials.
