It is a column filled with a carrier used for chromatographic purification of proteins and other substances.
SkillPak is a column filled with various TOYOPEARL, TSKgel PW series, and Ca++Pure-HA. The 1 mL and 5 mL types, which can be connected to general-purpose liquid chromatography systems with 1/16" size piping, are suitable for screening filling materials and method development. The 50 mL and 200 mL types feature flange connections and can be used for purification at a few grams scale and considerations for scale-up.
