These can reduce the efficiency of gene expression, so clinical plasmid DNA is required to have a purity of over 90% for supercoiled DNA. Therefore, in this study, we investigated the separation of structural isomers of plasmid DNA pBR322 using anion exchange chromatography, and we would like to introduce it.
