You can easily check whether a business partner is a "taxable business" or a "tax-exempt business."
Checking whether a business partner is a "taxable business" or a "tax-exempt business" is a hassle... A new service that can easily solve this problem has just launched! : Invoice system compliance
The invoice (qualified invoice) system will start in October 2023. In preparation for this, I believe that the accounting department and those responsible for the invoice system are investigating the business numbers of suppliers and partner companies. Currently, there are three main methods for conducting this investigation: - Directly interviewing the business partners - Searching for each company one by one on the National Tax Agency's website - Creating a program that utilizes the API published by the National Tax Agency All of these methods require significant time and effort. In particular, for companies with a large number of suppliers, the workload involved in the investigation can be enormous, and there are many cases where they express difficulties such as not being able to check each company individually or lacking the time to search through screens. Therefore, we have developed and released a service that allows our customers to easily check whether their business partners are registered as invoice businesses! By simply uploading the supplier list held in core systems to our system, you can consolidate the same companies and check the status of business number acquisition in bulk! Not only can you perform the initial check, but you can also verify the monthly data update status as many times as needed, making it useful for master maintenance.

Tokei Densan was established in 1970 as an SI company born from the computing division of Tokyo Roki Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of automotive parts. Initially focused on the development, operation, and maintenance of ERP products for automotive parts manufacturers, it now develops products and services specialized for various industries and business operations, not limited to manufacturing. Our department (Manufacturing Systems Sales Department) is the oldest division within Tokei Densan and is a crucial part of our revenue foundation. Since its inception, it has consistently provided outsourcing and original system construction services to manufacturing customers, growing alongside the times and advancements in technology. In particular, for our main users, automotive functional parts manufacturers, we have continuously provided systems incorporating the latest technologies for over 30 years. The rich technology and know-how cultivated in this area are still utilized in system construction for a diverse range of customers, regardless of their business type or size. In 2012, we established a local subsidiary in Thailand, the center of ASEAN where Japanese companies are increasingly expanding, to support the development and implementation of business systems, primarily focusing on sales management and accounting systems, for local Japanese companies.
