For correcting the slope and subsidence of earthen floors in factories, warehouses, and stores, use the "TerraTech Method."
Correcting the slope, subsidence, and unevenness of the concrete floor without stopping. No need to move machinery. Available for surveys and construction 24 hours a day, 365 days a year across Japan!
We quickly correct the tilting, sagging, distortion, and steps of factory, warehouse, store, and shopping center floors caused by ground subsidence by injecting a special foamed urethane resin called "Teratec Resin." ◆ Teratec Method * A preliminary investigation of the voids under the floor will be conducted. 1. Measure the tilt of the floor. 2. Drill a 6mm diameter hole at the correction point. 3. Use proprietary equipment to inject resin under the floor slab. 4. The injected resin begins to expand instantly. This expansion force compresses and strengthens the ground, pushing the floor upward. 5. Corrections are made while measuring the floor movement in millimeters. ◆ Features of Teratec Resin ◎ Strong → Withstands a minimum load of 19 tons per square meter. ◎ Light → Weighs about 50kg per cubic meter (1/30 of mortar). ◎ Fast → Curing time is approximately 30 minutes, allowing heavy trucks to operate immediately after construction. Utilizing these features, we carry out short-term construction without stopping operations. The standard construction area per day (8 hours) is 200 square meters. We accommodate factories, warehouses, and stores ranging from 30 square meters to several thousand square meters. Please feel free to contact us. Toll-free number: 0120-873-835
basic information
The floor tilted due to ground subsidence and the weight of the cargo. The shelves became slanted. If left as is, the items on the shelves may fall, the safety devices of the automatic transport racks may activate and stop functioning, leading not only to decreased work efficiency but also compromising safety. Until now, adjustments to the machine's level have been made using adjusters, or shelves have been raised as a temporary measure. "Teratec" will resolve that concern. With traditional floor replacement or reinforcement, business operations must be halted during the construction period. The construction costs are significant, and the loss of sales can be substantial, putting pressure on management. With the "Teratec Method," you can correct floor irregularities, tilting, and subsidence without stopping operations. If you are in charge of a factory, warehouse, store, or shopping center troubled by floor issues, please do not hesitate to contact us. Toll-free number: 0120-873-835 Our sales locations are in Sendai, Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Okayama, and Fukuoka. We serve all of Japan with over 4,500 construction achievements! Our construction vehicles are 3-ton trucks.

Investigation of Subfloor Cavities and Settlement Measurement A small 10mm hole is drilled in the concrete floor, and the area beneath the floor is visually inspected using an industrial endoscope. The photo shows a cavity that has formed beneath the floor, indicating that the concrete floor is suspended in the air. Settlement measurement involves checking the deflection, steps, and unevenness of the concrete floor using a level.

Teratec Floor Slab Settlement Correction An injection hose will be extended from a 3-ton plant vehicle. Hose extension is 90 meters. The injected resin expands, fills the voids (cavities) under the floor, and hardens. By continuing the injection, the expansion force pushes the floor upward.

We have published examples of the construction work for the sinking correction project.
We have newly published a case study on our service site for the Teratec method. This is a case of settlement correction work carried out at an electronics retail store in Shiga Prefecture. There were concerns about the sagging of the store floor due to ground subsidence, and we were consulted by the company. We understand that our Teratec method was chosen because it allows for construction without interrupting daily operations. Additionally, the positive feedback from a previous project was also a key point. Our company has extensive experience in settlement measures and void filling work while maintaining daily operations for stores and factories. With eight offices nationwide, we are ready to assist you, so please feel free to contact us if you are facing issues with ground subsidence or voids under your floors. ■ Case Study (Teratec Method Service Site): https://teretek.jp/repo/r181

We have published examples of construction work for cavity filling (BCP measures).
We have newly published construction case studies on the service site for the Teratec method. This is a case of filling voids beneath the floor slab conducted near an automatic rack warehouse in Toyama Prefecture. There were concerns about subsidence of the surrounding roads and building floors due to ground subsidence following the Noto Peninsula earthquake, and we received inquiries from clients regarding this issue. We have been informed that the key factor for choosing our Teratec method was its ability to perform "short-term construction without stopping truck traffic." Additionally, the effectiveness of compacting loosened ground has also been highly evaluated. Our company has extensive experience in subsidence countermeasures and void filling work while maintaining daily operations in logistics warehouses and factories. With eight branches nationwide, we are equipped to respond to issues related to ground subsidence and voids beneath floors, so please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns. ■ Construction case studies (Teratec method service site): https://teretek.jp/repo/r180
