We have published examples of the construction work for the sinking correction project.
We have newly published a case study on our service site for the Teratec method. This is a case of settlement correction work carried out at an electronics retail store in Shiga Prefecture. There were concerns about the sagging of the store floor due to ground subsidence, and we were consulted by the company. We understand that our Teratec method was chosen because it allows for construction without interrupting daily operations. Additionally, the positive feedback from a previous project was also a key point. Our company has extensive experience in settlement measures and void filling work while maintaining daily operations for stores and factories. With eight offices nationwide, we are ready to assist you, so please feel free to contact us if you are facing issues with ground subsidence or voids under your floors. ■ Case Study (Teratec Method Service Site): https://teretek.jp/repo/r181

We have published examples of construction work for cavity filling (BCP measures).
We have newly published construction case studies on the service site for the Teratec method. This is a case of filling voids beneath the floor slab conducted near an automatic rack warehouse in Toyama Prefecture. There were concerns about subsidence of the surrounding roads and building floors due to ground subsidence following the Noto Peninsula earthquake, and we received inquiries from clients regarding this issue. We have been informed that the key factor for choosing our Teratec method was its ability to perform "short-term construction without stopping truck traffic." Additionally, the effectiveness of compacting loosened ground has also been highly evaluated. Our company has extensive experience in subsidence countermeasures and void filling work while maintaining daily operations in logistics warehouses and factories. With eight branches nationwide, we are equipped to respond to issues related to ground subsidence and voids beneath floors, so please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns. ■ Construction case studies (Teratec method service site): https://teretek.jp/repo/r180
