In August 2018, we spoke with a customer who had construction work done to reduce the deflection of the concrete floor in their rental space using our "Teratech Method." The first floor of a building constructed in 1961 is operated as a rental space, and the customer requested the floor modification because they wanted to preserve the charm of the old building.
