TerraTech method for correcting tilts, subsidence, and level differences in floors and buildings: Case study collection giveaway.
We solve problems such as ground improvement and ground strengthening under buildings, mainly through settlement correction and void filling work using the Terra Tech method! We have surpassed 4,500 construction achievements.
●What is the Teratech Method… It is a patented method that involves injecting rigid polyurethane foam "Teratech resin" under concrete floors to fill voids and level sunken floors using its expansion force. Since it does not require breaking the floor, operations can continue without moving shelves or machinery! ▼Various issues we have resolved 【Tilt】 - Struggling with uneven factory floors. Want to make the concrete floor flat. - The warehouse floor has sunk in a bowl shape, causing vibrations during forklift operation. - The area where machines are installed has sunk, causing tilting of the machines. 【Subsidence】 - Found tilting in the foundation, making repairs impossible. - The concrete floor of the school gymnasium has sunk, except for the underground beams. - There are depressions on the warehouse floor, raising concerns about product storage and worker safety. 【Step Differences】 - There are step differences in the floor, causing product defects such as loads falling. - There is a step at the entrance of the refrigerated warehouse, making it difficult for forklifts to pass. 【Hollows and Gaps】 - The vibrations from the machines have worsened. I would like to check for any voids. - Cracks have appeared under the floor. We are struggling with corrosion of stored items and pest infestations. - Due to flooding, the soil under the concrete has been washed away, creating voids.
basic information
■Various Experts in Different Fields Our company has a range of experts, including first-class architects with extensive experience, specializing in architecture, civil engineering, ground conditions, liquefaction, and structural vibrations. We propose construction methods tailored to your needs from a wide variety of materials. If it is difficult to resolve an issue with a single method due to the condition of the building or your concerns, we suggest a combination of methods for the construction. ■Appropriate Investigation Costs Before carrying out construction, we conduct an investigation of the site conditions and propose methods that address the issues you wish to resolve. Investigation fee: Basic fee of 50,000 yen (excluding tax) + actual transportation costs *Additional costs may apply depending on the location and conditions of the site. [Void Volume Investigation] We drill several holes with a diameter of 16 mm in the floor slab and use an endoscope to measure the thickness of the floor slab and the volume of voids beneath it. In addition to understanding the current situation, we perform measurements necessary for the construction plan, such as calculating the amount of resin to be used. [Settlement (Level) Investigation] Using surveying equipment, we measure the height of the floor slab and quantify the amount of settlement and deflection of the floor. The measured values are used to set target values for corrections and to create the construction plan. Please feel free to contact us. Toll-free number: 0120-873-835

We have published examples of the construction work for the sinking correction project.
We have newly published a case study on our service site for the Teratec method. This is a case of settlement correction work carried out at an electronics retail store in Shiga Prefecture. There were concerns about the sagging of the store floor due to ground subsidence, and we were consulted by the company. We understand that our Teratec method was chosen because it allows for construction without interrupting daily operations. Additionally, the positive feedback from a previous project was also a key point. Our company has extensive experience in settlement measures and void filling work while maintaining daily operations for stores and factories. With eight offices nationwide, we are ready to assist you, so please feel free to contact us if you are facing issues with ground subsidence or voids under your floors. ■ Case Study (Teratec Method Service Site): https://teretek.jp/repo/r181

We have published examples of construction work for cavity filling (BCP measures).
We have newly published construction case studies on the service site for the Teratec method. This is a case of filling voids beneath the floor slab conducted near an automatic rack warehouse in Toyama Prefecture. There were concerns about subsidence of the surrounding roads and building floors due to ground subsidence following the Noto Peninsula earthquake, and we received inquiries from clients regarding this issue. We have been informed that the key factor for choosing our Teratec method was its ability to perform "short-term construction without stopping truck traffic." Additionally, the effectiveness of compacting loosened ground has also been highly evaluated. Our company has extensive experience in subsidence countermeasures and void filling work while maintaining daily operations in logistics warehouses and factories. With eight branches nationwide, we are equipped to respond to issues related to ground subsidence and voids beneath floors, so please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns. ■ Construction case studies (Teratec method service site): https://teretek.jp/repo/r180
