[Free Inspection] Teratech Method to Fill Underfloor Cavities and Reduce Machine Vibration
Zero downtime for filling voids under the floor! The Teratec method reduces machine vibrations.
The machine, which should be firmly installed, has excessive vibrations despite regular adjustments. Leveling adjustments are needed repeatedly. It may be due to a hollow space under the floor. Machine vibrations negatively impact product quality and machine durability. Additionally, increased frequency of machine adjustments lowers work efficiency and poses various issues affecting employee health and safety. With the "Teratec Method," we can suppress machine vibrations without breaking the floor, moving the machines, or halting operations. If you are troubled by machine vibrations, please feel free to contact us. Toll-free number: 0120-873-835 [Examples of concerns regarding machine vibrations] - The operating noise of the machine has increased. - The machine shakes every time a forklift passes by. - Repeated leveling adjustments are being made to the machine. - Vibrations are causing inaccuracies in laser processing machines and inspection equipment. - Product defects are occurring due to machine vibrations. - Vibrations are affecting the health of on-site workers. - The machine's maintenance sensors are not measuring correctly due to vibrations. ★ We also accept inquiries from Asian countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
basic information
■What is the Teratech Method? It is a patented method that involves drilling small injection holes with a diameter of 6 mm and injecting hard polyurethane "Teratech resin" under the floor. The expansion force of the resin fills the voids beneath the floor and levels the sunken floor. There is no need to dismantle or remove the floor, and machinery or equipment does not need to be moved, allowing construction to proceed without interrupting the customer's operations. *Depending on the structure of the floor and the condition of the subsidence, construction may be done with a 6 mm hole. ■Teratech Method has vibration suppression effects Resin is injected under the floor where machinery is installed or around it. The expanding resin thoroughly fills the voids that have formed beneath the machinery. The resin has the ability to absorb vibrations, thereby suppressing the vibrations of the machinery. Additionally, by directly injecting resin into the ground, which easily transmits vibrations, the ground bearing capacity can be strengthened, preventing vibrations. ■Investigation conducted before construction - Void volume survey Several holes of approximately 10 mm are drilled into the floor slab, and an endoscope is used to measure the thickness of the floor slab and the volume of voids beneath it. - Subsidence survey Surveying equipment is used to measure the height of the floor slab, quantifying the amount of subsidence and deflection of the floor. - Vibration survey (optional) A small sensor is installed to quantify vibrations. This can be used to predict and confirm the vibration suppression effects.

Applications/Examples of results
The inclination and subsidence of floors carrying heavy machinery such as presses and machine tools, as well as any unevenness, can be corrected along with vibration prevention. Please feel free to contact us for vibration prevention of machinery, correction of floor inclination, and unevenness without damaging the floor or halting operations. We also accept inquiries regarding floor subsidence correction, filling of voids under floors, and correction of building inclination in Asian countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
Detailed information
-
[Reference Example] A construction site with many large machines installed. The voids beneath the machines can be filled without moving the machines.
-
【Reference Case】 There was unevenness in the concrete floor of the processing plant, causing voids beneath the floor that led to machine vibrations, which in turn affected the stability and processing accuracy of the machines. By filling the voids using the Terratec method, the machine vibrations were reduced.
