■Points to Consider for Air Baking - In the case of thin items or precision parts, distortion due to heat treatment can be an issue. - If processing is done without blasting or similar operations in the next step, copper products may develop an oxide film, leading to poor adhesion of coatings. *Note: Even when applying standard fluoropolymer coatings to copper products, measures against oxide films are necessary. - Alloys with low melting points may deform due to heat treatment. - For quenching steel, the tempering temperature may result in annealing. Air baking is performed during the degreasing process, and by considering these points, appropriate degreasing treatment can be applied to various products.
