We will introduce surface treatments and case studies that can prevent stringing of heat sealing plates and maintain release effects. When welding plastics, the plastic to be joined is melted using a heat sealing plate to perform the welding process. To achieve stable welding of plastic products, measures against stringing of heat sealing plates are essential. The CHC (Ceramic Hard Coat) technology can achieve both "non-stick properties" and "coating hardness at high temperatures," comparable to conventional fluororesin coatings. With the "sustained release effect" of heat sealing plates, we assist in improving the heat sealing process. [Leaflet Case Study Contents] - Achieving high-temperature release and long lifespan in the heat sealing process of filter cases - Solving the "peeling" and "blistering" issues of fluorine coatings on resin welding plates - The release effect achieved through processing heat sealing plates lasts three times longer than PTFE coatings *For more details, please refer to the leaflet that summarizes product information and case studies.
