Shortening cleaning time! A case study on solving coating challenges that improved productivity.

We would like to introduce a case study on surface treatment in the lamination process using hot melt adhesives for diapers and sanitary products. In the lamination process, if the applied adhesive adheres to the transport rolls, there is a risk of it transferring to the product or contaminating it, resulting in defective products. Therefore, it was necessary to regularly remove the adhesive. We adopted our "Super CTT" for this purpose.
