Fluororesin Coating: "Industries and Applications"
We have over half a century of processing experience with fluororesin coatings that excel in non-stick, water-repellent, and slip properties, as well as high heat resistance and chemical resistance.
■ Industries and Applications of Fluororesin Coating - Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment Plating jigs / Semiconductor production lines / Vacuum chambers, etc. - Automotive Industry CFRP molding processes / Conveying equipment / Molding dies / Cutter blades, etc. - Food Equipment Automatic cooking lines / Baking molds, etc. - Industrial Fields Injection molding dies / Resin molding dies / Vacuum forming dies / Rolls, etc. - Chemical Plants Tanks / Piping / Mixers / Centrifuges, etc. - General Equipment Precision machine parts / Escalator guides / Vacuum pumps, etc. - Office Automation Equipment Fusing rolls / Separation claws, etc. - Aerospace Industry Equipment Aircraft parts, rocket parts and jigs, CFRP molding dies, etc. Yoshida SKT has been processing fluororesins since 1963 (Showa 38) and entered into a licensing agreement with DuPont's headquarters in the United States in 1968, providing Teflon fluororesin processing for various industries. *For more detailed information about fluororesin coating, please download our catalog or feel free to contact us directly.
basic information
**Features of Teflon™ Fluoropolymer Coating** - **Non-stick Property:** Excellent release from strongly adhering substances, making it difficult for them to stick. - **Non-wetting Property:** Repels liquids on the surface, preventing wetting. - **Heat Resistance:** Among resins, it has high heat resistance, enduring high temperatures (up to 260°C) and low temperatures (down to -260°C) without performance change. - **Low Friction Coefficient:** Has a slippery surface with a low friction coefficient. - **Chemical Resistance:** Rarely affected or corroded by acidic or alkaline chemicals. A thin coating is not compromised, but if chemicals or solutions penetrate the coating, they can corrode the substrate. Thickening the coating through powder coating helps prevent this. - **Electrical Properties:** High dielectric strength (insulation breakdown strength), volume resistivity, and surface resistivity, making it the best among resins for flashover (arc discharge) and tracking phenomena. The relative permittivity is also high, resulting in low losses at high frequencies, and the dielectric loss tangent (tan δ) is very small even at high frequencies. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Applications/Examples of results
■We flexibly accommodate from one piece to mass production. We can propose processing tailored to the application and usage environment, even for a single part of a machine that exists only in the factory, as well as for mass-produced items. ■We can handle everything from fine precision parts to large tanks. We can process a variety of items, from precision parts active in cutting-edge fields to tanks with a depth of 6 meters, using our own equipment. ●For more details, please contact us or refer to our catalog.
