We have prepared a series that exhibits excellent non-stick properties, particularly against sticky substances, molten resins, adhesives, and adhesive tapes. ■ Series Composition - Super TP/TP Series (composed entirely of fluororesin) - Super CTT Series (composed of surface treatment + silicone-based materials) - Super Alloy Coating (composed of fluorine type and silicone type) ■ Super TP/TP Series (composed entirely of fluororesin) This series can be used in silicone-free environments. Additionally, since it is made entirely of fluororesin, there is no concern about transfer or contamination from silicone oils. Improved slip properties can also be expected due to reduced contact area. ■ Super CTT Series (convex surface + silicone rubber-based) Due to the use of silicone, this series exhibits excellent non-stick properties and low tackiness. Consideration for transfer to the counterpart material is necessary during use. ■ Super Alloy Coating A convex release coating that balances flexibility and high hardness.
