"MRS Coating" is an innovative surface treatment that possesses features not found in conventional silicone coatings. 【Series Features】 ■MRS-102 Maintains effectiveness even after cleaning with solvents. ■MRS-014 Preserves shapes such as thinness like a blade and embossing. ■MRS-004 Offers heat resistance exceeding 200°C, comparable to fluoropolymer resins (release properties remain after 16 hours at 350°C). ■MRS-200 Can be heated to temperatures below 80°C, suitable for resin and rubber products. ■Release properties (non-stick) and excellent cleanability → The smooth surface makes it easy to wipe off dirt, and even when cleaned with solvents, the release properties remain largely unchanged. *Based on our durability tests. *Features may vary depending on the product type.
