Thrust Friction Wear Testing Machine 'FRC-R'
Thrust friction and wear testing machine capable of conducting friction and wear experiments under special conditions.
The "FRC-R" is a thrust direction sliding friction and wear testing machine that complies with JIS K7218-1986 Method A and Method B tests. It is designed to contact plastic test specimens in the form of square plates, discs, or hollow cylinders with the end face of a hollow cylindrical counterpart made of metal or other materials under a constant load, and to rotate either of them to wear down the plastic test specimen. It can accommodate pin-on-disk, ring-on-disk, and ring-on-ring testing methods. Optional equipment such as a constant temperature chamber, oil tank, and oil droplet unit are also available, allowing for friction and wear experiments under special conditions. 【Features】 ■ Complies with JIS K7218-1986 Method A and Method B tests ■ Optional constant temperature chamber, oil tank, and oil droplet unit available ■ Capable of conducting friction and wear experiments under special conditions *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
