The "IR-HP" is a high-temperature observation device capable of heating up to 1300°C through focused heating of samples only. It comes standard with a large 100mm sample holder and features observation windows on both the top and side, allowing for the observation of the sample's state during heating from various angles. Additionally, through joint development with Nick Corporation, it has become possible to automatically calculate contact angles and wettability at high temperatures from image data!
