BioCell is made of EVA and does not contain DEHP, allowing it to maintain high flexibility even at temperatures below 0°C and enabling sterilization through radiation. It has barrier properties suitable for better preservation of products sensitive to oxygen and carbon dioxide. The EVA film blocks ultraviolet rays due to its unique appearance and physical properties, extending the shelf life of solutions inside the bag. The high-frequency welded twist-off port eliminates adhesive interfaces, enhancing safety.
Cultivation: SafeCell Cell Culture Bag
FEP-made cell culture bags. Manufactured by TECHNOFLEX (France). Compliant with USP Class 6. DMF registered.

The SafeCell bag is sterilized and protected with a removable overpack. FEP has high transparency, allowing for safe and easy microscopic observation of cells. The FEP double connector is directly welded to the bag, and its special shape limits the risk of leakage. The tube is equipped with a sterilizable weldable tube (SCD), unnecessary injection sites, and a lure lock. This sealed system ensures airtightness against microorganisms during the filling, culturing, and emptying of the bag. Finally, traceability is ensured by the laser-marked batch number and bag unit identification. The SafeCell bag is produced in an ISO7 clean room in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and is delivered with a certificate of compliance.
