Cellufine ET Clean can efficiently remove endotoxins produced by gram-negative bacteria under conditions such as saline solution.

Cellufine ET Clean is a chromatography resin that immobilizes poly-ε-lysine on spherical cellulose particles. It can efficiently remove endotoxins from the target sample solution. Cellufine ET Clean can effectively remove endotoxins produced by gram-negative bacteria under conditions such as physiological saline. Since endotoxins do not elute even under high salt concentration conditions, it can be suitably used when endotoxins need to be removed from proteins. The product is available in two types: Cellufine ET Clean S: Small pores, resulting in less non-specific adsorption of proteins.
