We would like to introduce the non-contact magnetic coupling 'MINEX-S', one of KTR's main products, used in applications such as pumps and agitators. ~Feature A~ The hubs on both the drive and driven sides rotate in sync through magnetic force, enabling power transmission without contact and without sliding parts. ~Feature B~ Due to the shroud (partition), a sealing effect is achieved, allowing it to be used as a substitute for mechanical seals and similar components. ~Feature C~ The materials for the shroud include stainless steel, Hastelloy, PEEK, and ceramic. We can offer a wide range of options based on usage temperature and operating pressure. ~Standard General Specifications in the Catalog~ Torque range: 0.15 to 1,000 Nm Maximum allowable operating pressure: 16 bar to 90 bar Allowable ambient temperature: 150 or 300°C *Custom options are also available.
