The thin-walled structure achieves space-saving and cost reduction. By replacing conventional rolled bushes (oil-free type), it demonstrates excellent sliding characteristics.

It is possible to manufacture with a wall thickness of 1 mm or less for both inner and outer diameters. This achieves cost reduction through shape formation by net shaping without the need for machining. The sliding characteristics maintain performance equivalent to that of conventional sintered oil-bearing bearings.
