This case study introduces the implementation of work style reform consulting. Issues such as overwork (overtime) for specific employees and reliance on veteran staff were identified. However, by visualizing employee skills and establishing a system where individuals can handle multiple processes, as well as implementing the manualization and digitalization of tasks, we achieved the promotion of paid leave acquisition and a reduction in the turnover rate of younger employees.
