Achieving a reduction in defect rates through the centralization of quality management data! A case study on data integration between locations and the establishment of DX tools.
We will introduce a case where we supported the construction of an integrated data platform that consolidates data scattered between locations, as well as the selection and establishment of DX tools based on issue extraction. Traditionally, systems were isolated by factory or department, and quality data was dispersed across processes. In this case, we conducted interviews centered around the voices from the field to support the selection of truly usable IT tools and the establishment of operational rules. We achieved the integration and collaboration of data scattered between locations, enabling the analysis and prevention of defect occurrence trends through the centralization of quality management data, as well as the establishment of a foundation for cross-analysis by management.
