ADLINK's Open Compute Project (OCP) specifications compatible with the career grade CG-OpenRack-19.

The importance of developing standards around network and communication frameworks is increasing with the expansion of computing architectures such as edge, cloud, and fog that respond to the convergence of OT/IT/CT, which is essential for driving business value. The OCP CG-OpenRack-19 specification will be used as a guideline for OCP suppliers and carriers to implement standard-based computer systems in central office environments utilizing OCP-compliant infrastructure. This latest OCP-certified OpenSled specification is based on ADLINK's MICA (Modular Industrial Cloud Architecture) and provides definitions for internal configuration options of the CG OpenRack Sled, including key appliance options for utilizing additional components within the sled. The aforementioned options include multi-host controllers, PCIe switching, software and hardware accelerators, and storage solutions.
