ADLINK will be speaking at the NVIDIA-hosted [Medical AI Webinar on March 11 (Thursday)].
On March 11th (Thursday) from 3 PM to 5 PM, our company’s West Japan Branch Manager, Kazuhiko Oguchi, will be speaking at the webinar titled "Accelerating the Social Implementation of Medical AI - Proposals for Diversifying Medical Device Solutions," hosted by NVIDIA Corporation. In recent years, the movement to utilize AI (artificial intelligence) and deep learning in the medical field has accelerated, and medical devices equipped with AI have begun to appear on the market. Recently, as part of measures against the COVID-19 pandemic, the development of diagnostic support programs using medical imaging AI has been initiated, and research and development of AI-enabled medical devices are increasingly accelerating, raising great expectations for the advancement of medical technology. We believe that it is important to utilize the latest technologies such as AI to enhance the added value of medical device products and to ensure the quality, safety, and security of healthcare. In this seminar, after an explanation of the current status and future of medical AI and AI diagnostic support (AI-CAD) by Professor Hiroshi Fujita, a leading researcher in medical imaging AI and AI-CAD from Gifu University, we will introduce useful information and the latest updates from ADLINK Japan, Rishiyo Electric Co., Ltd., and NVIDIA Corporation on implementing AI in medical devices.
